Camden Council - Works projects on the Lissenden estate
Lissenden Gardens is currently undergoing works as part of Camden’s Better Homes scheme. There are three phases on the estate; Lissenden Mansions (Phase 1) was completed in 2022. Clevedon Mansions works (Phase 2) started in April 2023 and the contractor is Bell Group, and Parliament Hill Mansions and Chester Court (Phase 3) will follow.

Community Fibre - installation tbc
Fibreoptic cabling is being installed on every block in the estate, enabling every flat access to high-speed broadband, should you choose to sign up. The cable supplier is Community Fibre. You can learn more about them and their services on their website. The installation was halted during 2020 and enquiries continue as to when they will restart.
