Estate Caretakers

Tom Keegan covers all Parliament Hill Mansions and 17- 50 Clevedon Mansions.

Roger Starbuck covers Chester Court, all of Lissenden Mansions and 1-16 Clevedon Mansions.

Jevaughn Bailey looks after all the estate front gardens, and tennis court area.

Every staircase on the estate is swept and cleaned once a week between Monday and Friday. The specific day may change, subject to unforeseen issues. The caretakers do not have direct contact numbers but there is an estate office below Clevedon Mansions. If you are concerned that your staircase isn’t getting the attention it should be, or if you have any other queries regarding Caretaking issues please visit the estate office or contact the caretaking manager Gary Nicholls in the first instance. He is not on site but he will be able to discuss further with the relevant caretaker.

Camden has taken back the ground work contract from Veoilia (who still do street cleaning, rubbish and recycling collection). Tom and Roger are in charge of internal and ground work. This means that Tom is in charge of the whole area behind PHM.
